A: Yes, normally it's 300-500 pcs. However, we can accept at less than 100pcs if with a neutral package.

Q: How long is the sampling time?
A: Normally 5-7 days for no customized logo, 8-10 days for the customized logo on the machine.

Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: One year from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover accessories and consumables.

A: Around 40 days for the new order and around 25 days for repeated order.
